Service subject
Pas helps businesses receive and make phone calls: answer customers, book appointments, accept requests, remind clients about visits, and perform agreed outbound scenarios. The website describes the service in general terms; specific launch conditions, minutes, integrations, and pricing are fixed separately in correspondence, an invoice, an agreement, or another agreed document.
Acceptance and launch
A request through the website, Telegram, phone, or email does not automatically start the service. Before launch, we agree on scenarios, data sources, a number or communication channel, call limits, test behavior, and confirm that the service is ready to operate.
Online service and hours
Business contact hours: 10:00-19:00. When actively configured, the online service may process calls around the clock if agreed in the service conditions. Maintenance, telecom operator failures, cloud platform incidents, and other suppliers may temporarily affect availability.
Client responsibility
The client is responsible for the lawful basis for processing transferred data, accuracy of contact lists, content of offers, and compliance with advertising, communications, personal data, and other rules applicable to the client’s activity. For outbound calls, the client must have the right to use the transferred numbers and scenarios.
Service limitations
Pas is not legal, medical, financial, or any other licensed advice. System answers may require human review, especially when a customer question concerns prices, product availability, bookings, returns, warranties, or individual terms.
Payment and cancellation
Payment procedure, service period, limits, refunds, and access termination are determined by the agreed conditions. If particular conditions are not agreed, applicable law and the parties’ actually confirmed arrangements apply.
